Covid-19 Policies

Booking Appointments | All clients will be required to have an appointment; no walk-ins permitted. We will booking clients in the order that we had cancelled them, due to our closure. If there is no answer, we will move on to the next client; no savings spots. Please be patient with us while we try to rebook everyone. We are working hard to accommodate all the appointments that were affected during this time.

 

Physical Distancing | As much as possible, we will maintain a minimum of 6ft between clients/stylists throughout the salon (with the exception of when they are receiving a hair service, in which case masks will be worn by both parties). Every other station, dryer and shampoo basin will remain unoccupied.

 

Salon Capacity | We will operate with no more than 10 individuals at the salon at once. Stylists will be limited to seeing only one client at a time.

 

Cleaning | All stations, chairs, hair tools, dryers, shampoo basins and other high touch areas (e.g. debit machine) will thoroughly be disinfected after each client. Common areas like the front desk and washroom will be disinfected every hour. Capes, neck strips, towels and gloves will only be used once and then will be washed or disposed of accordingly.

 

Paying for your Service | Cash will be accepted but debit and credit is preferred.

 

Purchasing Products | Please refrain from touching or picking up products prior to buying them. If there is a product you would like to purchase, please let one of the staff know and they will get the item for you.

 

What to Know for your Visit

 

  • If for any reason you feel sick, have a cough or fever, please reschedule your appointment. If you arrive to the salon with any symptoms (covid-19 related or not) you will be asked to leave.

  • Masks will be required for all staff and clients. No one will be permitted to enter the salon without one. We encourage all clients to bring your own mask from home and strongly recommend the use of masks with ear loops (so they don’t interfere with the service).

  • Please come to your appointment alone. Family and friends will not be permitted during your appointment. Children must have an appointment if they accompany you. Only clients with a booked appointment will be permitted in the salon.

  • Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment and remain at the designated waiting area, until your stylist is ready. Only one client will be allowed in the waiting area. If someone is already there, kindly wait outside until they are gone.

  • Once your appointment is over, you must vacate the salon immediately so we can properly disinfect before the next client.
