Policies
New Client Booking Policy - For new clients, a $100.00 deposit is required for all chemical services. The deposit becomes non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment or if the client fails to show up.
Cancellation Policy – Time is valuable to both our clients and ourselves. Please give at least 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment.
Refund Policy – Refunds are unavailable on all services that have been performed. If there are any problems or concerns about the results, it is important that we are contacted immediately in order resolve the problem.
Correction Policy – If a correction of any service is needed, it is imperative that we are contacted within 7 days of the original service performed. The appointment must be re-booked with the original stylist. If a correction is needed beyond 7 days notice, services fees may apply.
Kerasilk Smoothing Treatment – A 50% deposit is required when booking the appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the appointment, otherwise the deposit will be lost.
Wedding Parties – A 50% deposit is required for each client booked for an appointment.

On Location Wedding Parties - A 50% deposit is required for each client booked for an appointment.
